14th Annual Runway to Hope Spring Soiree
Runway to Hope's Spring Soiree is the organization's signature fundraising event of the year! The highlight of the evening is an inspiring & heartwarming fashion show featuring over 150 incredibly brave children, all of whom are currently battling or within their five year remission mark of their pediatric cancer.
Modeling much more than clothing, these inspiring children walk the runway hand-in-hand with our national & local celebrity escorts. Join us as we watch these kids show off their strength & unwavering spirits as they strut & smile down the runway! Our annual Spring Soiree is a true testament to the support & passion the Central Florida community has shown towards this heartbreaking cause.
What will volunteers do?
We have several chances for you to get involved to help produce this magical evening for our kiddos!
- Guest Registration Desk & Ticket Scanning
- Silent Auction Support
- Ballroom Support: Seating Assistance, Live Auction Support, Pledge Call Collection
- Patient Model Greenroom Support & Monitoring
- Event Setup in the days leading up to the event
- Event Load Out (All Day Shift)
What will volunteers need to bring or wear?
All black attire is requested.
If wearing pants, we kindly ask that you wear full length pants for the event. This can be black dress pants or a nice pair of solid black jeans/pants.
This year’s Spring Soiree will be hosted on May 16th, 2025 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. This event will bring together over 2,300 business leaders, community activists, and philanthropists for a night of fun and fashion featuring over 150 of our amazing kids battling pediatric cancer. We have volunteer times for this event ranging from 3:30pm – 1:00am.
