Taste of UCF is an annual signature Pegasus Palooza event hosted by the Multicultural Student Center that celebrates the rich cultural diversity of UCF and the greater Orlando community. Through food, music, dance, and cultural expression, the event brings students together to explore traditions from around the world while fostering belonging and cross-cultural understanding.
