
Self-Care and Gratitude Day with the MSWSA
Join us for a day of self-care and gratitude with the MSWSA! We will practice several evidence-based mindfulness activities (deep breathing, guided visualizations, progressive muscle relaxation, etc.) as a group to build our toolkit of self-care and coping strategies. Afterward, choose from the card supplies provided to write a gratitude letter or note to someone in your life that you appreciate — it could be someone you know right now, or someone from your past that you never got a chance to fully thank.
